Hitendra Thakur is the last word in Virar…
In my both trip I heard this sentence many times from different persons. It hurts somewhere… How a person can be last word in a democracy? A person can be very good in public life, can be good mass leader, can be a real messiah … BUT I don’t think anyone can be last word in every matter in any area. How a person can be above the scrutiny of law?
Most surprising thing about this was the expressions of persons who utter this sentence to me. In most faces it was not the FEAR but RESPECT which was driving them to say such things.
Hitendra Thakur must be interesting person…..
I searched the internet and found a ton of information about him, and almost all of the information depict him in negative shades.
I should write about his other side of life…. Every person has both negative and positive points…. Much has been written about him in negative, I should find something positive….
Is it possible? Does he has done any positive thing to the society of Virar? You people who elect him as their MLA can help me in this… please post your views and experiences with Hitendra Thakur… I want to go to other side of his life….

About Hitendra Thakur, let me tell you , he is one of the kindest people I’ve met. I had a minor issue for which I needed his “intervention” so as to say.I was sceptical at first, but when I entered his office, the respect each and every person got not only from him, but also his staff, the quickness in which my work as well as a few others was attended to made me realise that this man DESERVES to represent us and hence I will always want him to represent our constituency.
I read this note and strongly feel that this is an artificial write-up just to glorify the notorius gangster from Virar. This is a shame for the people for Vasai-Virar that they have elected a Mafia gangster instead of Vivek Pandit, United Nation’s Anti-Slavory Aword Winner who has worked for years for poor people and bonded labourers.
To have mafia gangster like Hitesh Thakur is a shame and we reqlly feel ashamed about that.

As per as I know he is very kind and duty full person. He has done a great for Vasai Taluka. I can’t say im a mafia or any gangster. People are jealous who say these things, because he is the one who achieved success where ever he kept his leg. Any one can’t be such a great success no can get such a great success if he is wrong so I dont think he is wrong
If u wanna see his positive side just see the development of Vasai

i know hitendra thakur for past many years. he has worked very honestly for devolpement of vasai-virar.Keeping politics aside we all should support him for future of vasai-virar. Some of his contribution to people like surya water scheme, viva college, kala-krida mahotasav are extraordinary

This is precisely the reason people in india elect gangster and criminals. They cant make out the difference between a gangster and a social worker. Consider the case of virar station. Traffic is pathetic since road is no more that 10 ft wide . Just to protect the illegal viva market which is owned by the gangster , construction of footbridge is being constructed from the taxpayers money. People should understand this and raise a voice against such corrupt practice. And about kala-krida mohatsav , so stupid of people thinking that hitendra is putting money from his pocket for the event. Mr Pravin Shetty grow up. And if its not about money its about advertisement for himself.

The reason is that Hitendra Thakus owns 2000 acres of land in the Virar area which he has illegally usurped from the original adivasis. What kind of monster would have an old lady killed? And if he did fall so low as to do that, imagine his profit from it! Also, his elder brother, Bhai Thakur is an old ally of Dawood, the man who bombed Mumbai in 1993. So if you love your city, you will vote him out.

They only thinks “Vasai Taluka Kala Krida Mahotsav is a event for collecting money for Hitendra Thakur.It is only for his Advertisement.”

Those whose entity is only on jealosy of Hitendra Thakur are neglecting these facts purposely.They are only shouting that Surya project will not be completed due to Thakur’s Tanker Lobby. Then now where are thes people?Why dont they come forward and say sorry.,we were wrong.

There are people who are optimistic and then there are people whose job is only to oppose. We have to calculate, weigh, measure, understand and then decide what or Who is right for us. Can anyone, and I mean ANYONE (including me) be perfect? Only good, nothing bad…? I don’t think so. There always has to be two sides.
There have been many false allegations on Mr. Thakur, including from Media. Which is obvious. “Jo diktha kai, wo bikta hai…” Why would a person like to read about a no one…?
If people are so upset with Mr. Thakur, why have they been electing him for last 20 years? Which was the last time one heard about violence in Vasai- Virar region? Can anyone please tell me if he/she remembers, cos’ I don’t. And I have spend my life in Vasai. Even during the Mumbai rites, when the Mumbai was burning, there was no communal violence in this region.

When people talk bad about Mr. Thakur, I don’t feel angry, even though I have lot of affection for him. I used to be furious earlier. Then I thought, its worthless to respond to such people who, either lack of knowledge, or have heard from someone.
I guarantee you, ones you know Mr. Thakur, all the perceptions against him will disappear.
Why write about him, when you can go and visit him to experience his humility, humbleness and down to earth nature…

I have been reading a lot about him in the posts mentioned above.
The most interesting was- Virar & Vasai is safe because of him.
Agreed !! Because when you have friends like these, you need no enemies ( therefore, there aren’t any).
I have 2 experiences to share. (FYI- I have voted for Hitendra Thakur always)
Important:
1) My cousin was hanging around in the outskirts of Virar wen he saw an Innova playing loud music, unfortunately his favoutite track. He neared the car to listen to the music and founf that some unlawful activity was happening in the car. he did not revolt but was stopped and lynched by 13 people not with hands but weapons like punches (a fist weapon), car head rests and a few tools in the car. The doctor in sanjivani said that if that punch would have been harder, it could have made way through the ribs. He is alive but has some ugliest marks on his body including the face. Me and my father took him to Hitendra Thakus office. He identified the people AND SAID THAT THEY ARE MY PEOPLE, WHO WORK FOR ME AND I WILL SORT THE MATTER AND SEE TO IT THAT IT DOES NOT GO ANY FURTHER.
I was taken aback by this reaction. The person who was beaten up can be any of us. You, me, your father, your sister.
THEN, I made my guts to tell him that this is unfair and against the law. The reply was: “Go ahead, they are the people who live on our alms, we have appointed them. Try your luck.”
THAT DAY ONWARDS, i have convinced my entire family and friends around 30-40 ppl not to vote for the merciless goon.

I was on a bike with my mom, there came a speeding bike next to me and closely cut my way ahead of the road. My mom was scared and i was about to run into the street light pole. My mom shouted at him stating that “this is not how you ride a bike”.
His reply:
“mere baap ka raasta hai, humne hii banaya hai” meaning: “my father has made this road and we have only made it happen”
This guy was 1 OF THE 13 PEOPLE WHO BEAT UP MY COUSIN NEARLY TO DEATH. I saw what respect they have towards elders and common citizens of the city.
THIS COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE OF US.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I’m living in Vasai since past 13 yrs… and whatever i have read about Sh. Hitendra Vishnu Thakur (Appa) is absolutely wrong… I have never been to him my own problems but I’m fortunate enough to meet him many times… whatever i have seen in his office is like he is a living legend… I have seen that many (most) of the elected MLA’s of different places don’t have time for thier constituency… but our MLA Sh. Hitendra Thakur always have time for anyone who walks in. He is the only one I have seen who not only gives time to the people of his constituency but also try his level best to solve their problems… he has done a lot for Vasai-Virar people… he is the one who has actually done a lot of work for the area… he is responsible for bringing in four trek till Virar, he is the one who has finished Surya Dam and brought water for the area… who ever writes and talks about him … I request him to come to Vasai and see the development done in the past 10 yrs… I’m sure u will not find it less than any developing area… street lights are all working properly… law and order is up to the mark… Please don’t just read about him and write anything… come to Vasai and live there for a while… he is the man who has won the hearts of each and everyone except those who could not make money in his tenure… so what if People write about him… come to the Area and see … he is not only our MLA… he is in each and every heart…. Thats why people call him “APPA”… is from the heart and from the fear… if you r saying people are scared of him…. please take that person to his office … you will know… not only him but everyone in his office will greet him with warmth…

I have another example
In front of Viva Malenj project land in Virar, is this big plot of MHADA, Konkan Ghruh Nirman. This was made into small residential plots in 2004/05, after a lottery based allocation in 1982 or earlier. After so many year, the poor of virar who had applied for these plots @ just a few thousand rupees in 1982, got the allotment and they went ahead with paying 3-4 lakhs to MHADA as the remaining amount as per market value followed by Stamp Duty, Registration
Now all these plots havent got Nagar Parishad NOC for water line till date and all these poor are just waiting endlessly for years together for building home in their own land.
The Nagar Parishad argues that Mhada should give them 8 Acre Land for a swimming pool and clildren playground. Now these cheap politicians argue that MHADA plot is the only plot left in Virar where they need these Amenities.
How can this cruel person leave these poor waiting for years, homeless, arguing on a pointless view?
This is how the land grabbing business runs in Virar and I am fed up of Virar now.

Is Its ok to manipulate the rights of Underprivileged to use for own benefit and personal achievements.Professional people have the time and ability to brainwash naive people to such a extent that brings out the bollywood fantasies in them.People wont see the big catch around it,they will never be made aware of the real deal,it is quite complex for a common man to learn such things.

Well after going to all this comments and views about one person whom i use to admire a lot. But its true that whatever he has done cannot be neglected like the water problem we use to face and the developments of road which are far better than previous one but not upto mark!!!!!!

At present major lands are aquired by Mr Hitendra thakur or his mens so now its time them to cash in after major win in resent mahanagar pallika election.
So is why this guys are trying hard to develop the vasai virar they have the lands which is purchased or been captured by them at th rates of thousands ie 40000RS acre to 1 or 2 Lacs Rs acre is now been sold not less than 1CR per acre.
So there would be any one who would have thought of cashing in at present and thts what he is doing.
I have been faced the justice of both MR HITENDRA THAKUR & MR VIVEK PANDIT and none of them are there to do justice to people but they are there to fill there pockets from both the hands.
A well known builder by tampering the documents signed by my family duped our land worth of crore rs at current is been financing the election campaigns of both do hide his crime this is the kind of justice both are offering to people.

why the station road in virar(w) is stll not widened ?
